Certified Business Advisor Competency Framework
The Institute of Business Consulting’s Business Advisors’ Competence Framework defines the competencies for Business Advisors and forms the basis for the Certified Business Advisors Award. The competencies are presented in a manner that sets out the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of a Business Advisor. This is further underpinned by professional behaviours.
The framework was developed from the National Occupational Standards accredited by SFEDI, alongside the need for the recognition of business advisors’ competence within their own profession. To this end, the development of the Certified Business Advisors’ Award has further built upon these competencies.
If you wish to recieve a copy of the Business Advisors Competency Framework please email CBA@ibconsulting.org.uk ; Or once you have registered for the CBA award you will be able to download a copy from the resources area.
