Organisational Affiliate Application Form - Invoice Only

Organisational Affiliate members are entitled to name five individual nominees. Each nominee will receive member benefits such as reduced delegate rates at Institute events and seminars, other networking opportunities, our member’s newsletter and multiple access to research and information sources.
Additional nominees, above this entitlement, may be registered at a supplementary subscription of £50 each.
One corporate representative (preferably a Director) should be named as a principal nominee.
In addition to the nominees, all employees of Organisational Affiliates can attend conferences, seminars and other meetings run by the Institute of Business Consulting at member rates.

Subscription fees for Organisational Affiliates:

Annual subscription £377.00, includes five Nominees
Additional Nominees £50.00 each

Subscriptions are for a 12 month period from date of joining.

We certify that all the statements made in the application form are correct.

We enclose our company logo (in tif format) for inclusion under Organisational Affiliates on the Institute’s website and confirm our agreement to the information provided by us above being used for this purpose.
