Paul brings over 12 years global experience of business consulting and coaching across a diverse client base. He has worked for leading big 4 and boutique firms in the design, development and delivery of organisational change, coaching, talent management, management and leadership development programmes. A range of clients has included DfES, DWP, Home Office, NHS, BP, National Express Group and Service Ontario.  A highly experienced trainer and facilitator also accredited to deliver coaching programmes to middle and senior managers. He is passionate about working with existing and emerging managers and leaders who adopt a coach approach to performance improvement. His current work for Thales Consulting includes the development of coaching as a key component of its Business Transformation offering and supporting the set up of an internal coaching programme for 200 staff.

Paul is a founding partner of Beyond Possibility, a Canadian partnership of entrepreneurial managers, consultants and coaches who combine their collective experience of different industries to deliver coaching programmes to individuals, managers and leaders. Other services include one on one or group coaching, and strategic consulting in change management. He is keen to raise the awareness of coaching, its benefits and the return on investment coaching demonstrates and also achieves this through volunteer coaching with young entrepreneurs and the SME community.

Paul holds an MA, is a MIBC, member of the ICF (in process) and a professionally qualified business coach through CoachInc. He is licensed by CoachInc to facilitate the Coaching Clinic Programme© for managers and leaders across North America and Europe.
